I am looking at installing a new exchange 2007 server. I intend to install a new Windows 2003 mail server. Currently we have 30 users on a windows 2003 server - users cals.
If I buy 30 exchange user cals does the windows 2003 mail server require the same number of user cal's?
Also does the purchase of echange user cals include the use of Outlook 2007?

You already have 30 CALs for Windows 2003 Server.
That's enough for as many servers as you want if you use Per Seat licensing.
Therefore you don't have to purchase any additional CALs.
